Payments are handled by Kora. We never see or store your card details — they are entered directly on Kora's secure payment page. We keep a record of the payment reference and amount so we can confirm and trace your transaction.

To protect your request from being viewed by someone who only guesses or finds your reference number, tracking requires both the reference and the email or phone number the request was placed with.

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal purposes. You can ask us to explain what information we hold about a specific request at any time.
